Ambroise advises individuals and companies on all aspects of Swiss and international taxation.
He supports not only individuals in the preparation of their tax filings, but also more broadly in the planning of their assets. Ambroise regularly advises business owners, executives, investors, athletes, and heirs, and has developed particular expertise in the areas of trusts, family offices, and foundations.

He assists companies with restructurings, obtaining tax rulings, and handling regulatory matters. He is frequently retained by banks to advise on tax issues related to their clients.

At the international level, Ambroise has extensive experience with Franco-Swiss and US-Swiss tax matters, automatic exchange of information (CRS), and FATCA compliance.

Ambroise sits on the board of directors of a Private Trust Company (PTC) and a Family Office.

Professional Background

Before co-founding STRALTA in December 2023, Ambroise notably worked as a trainee at Winston & Strawn LLP in Paris (2006–2007), as a trainee lawyer (2007–2009), then as a lawyer (2009–2011) at Woodtli Lévy Pardo & Brütsch (now Woodtli & Associés), before joining Carrard & Associés (now Kellerhals Carrard) (2012–2013), and then Borel & Barbey (2013–2020).

Education

Ambroise holds a law degree (UNIGE), a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Swiss and international taxation (UNINE), a Diploma of Advanced Studies (DAS) in finance and accounting (UNIGE), an advanced certificate in Trust creation from the Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners (STEP), as well as the Geneva bar exam.
