Family Law

Vanessa Frossard

Supports her clients in family-related matters.

Areas of Practice

Vanessa is active in all areas of family law, with particular expertise in handling complex cases with an international dimension.
She advises and represents her clients in court, particularly in cases involving separation (protective measures for marital unions, divorce, annulment of marriage, dissolution of registered partnerships), parental rights disputes (establishment or contestation of parentage, parental authority, custody, visitation rights, national or international relocation, child protection measures), financial matters (maintenance contributions, liquidation of matrimonial property regimes, division of occupational pension assets), and the enforcement of Swiss or foreign decisions (recognition, recovery).

More generally, Vanessa believes it is in the best interest of every family member to avoid contentious legal proceedings whenever possible, and thus prioritizes the development of amicable solutions.

She also assists her clients with estate and relationship planning (marriage and cohabitation agreements, including pre- and postnuptial agreements).
